YaleWomen co-founder and Haynes Boone Partner Ellen McGinnis (Yale, 1982 and NYU School of Law, 1985) recently joined Jen Jamula (Yale, 2005) of GoldJam Creative to discuss balancing professional and personal lives, managing expectations, her time as Chair of YaleWomen and more as the organization she helped create at Yale prepares to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
