Dear YAA BOG past and current Board members, fellow alumni, friends & family:

Please join us for a Yale Alumni Association Board of Governors' social on May 3-4, 2025 in New York City! This is our 9th annual event!

Following tradition, we planned for you a pre-theater Chinese dinner at 6 pm, followed by the 8 pm show on Saturday May 3rd, 2025 and Sunday brunch on May 4th. Friends and family are welcome. You may attend all events or one of them.

We have secured group tickets (and are working on a cast talk-back) to see SIX, winner of two Tony Awards.

Saturday Pre-Theater Dinner 6:00-7:30pm
Join us for a family-style banquet dinner at China River Restaurant at 258 W 44th Street. Our prix fixe menu is $55 pp all inclusive. Our menu will include a variety of dishes with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. One beer/wine/soft drink per person and service charge are included.

Saturday Broadway Show SIX: 8-9:30 pm
Join us for the Tony Award-winning musical at Lena Horne Theatre at 256 W 47th St, New York, NY 10036. Ticket price range from $89-229.

Sunday Dim Sum Brunch 10am-12pm
Make a weekend out of it by joining us for a casual Dim Sum brunch on Sunday morning at the highly rated Awesum Dimsum at 612 8th Avenue (@ 40th St). Our all-you-can-eat and drink menu is $45 per person all inclusive - drop in anytime or the whole time!

While it shows "free" on Eventbrite, these events are definitely NOT free. When you select a ticket type and the number of tickets you would like to purchase, you will be given a message directing you how to pay Billy via Zelle or Venmo. This reduces otherwise substantial processing fees for you. The best seats within each section will be assigned in order of purchase. Tickets will be distributed at the pre-theater dinner or outside the theater on the night of the performance.
